Mortgage Brokers (Jamaica) Ltd. (FMB) has been established with
its mandate being to satisfy the unfilled need/demand for a
central entity, to coordinate the mortgage origination processes
i.e. the mortgage application and accessing mortgage financing,
on behalf of the prospective purchaser.
The main objective
of FMB is to obtain mortgage financing for clients to satisfy
their range of needs, such as:
- House and property purchase, including properties on auction
- Refinancing using existing real estate
- Building construction
- Commercial property acquisitions.
