The organization's vision is simply stated as “To be the

origination in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean”.
Our Mission Statement
The mission of FMB is “To establish positive relationships
with all stakeholders - the clients, mortgage financiers, real estate
agents so as to fully satisfy client needs by providing speedy and
successful mortgage origination services that result in a profitable
business for the staff and shareholders”.
Our Goals
Both the vision and the mission statement reflect the organisation’s
short and long-term goals of:

experienced professionals to serve the organisation

public awareness of the service through marketing, public relations and
most importantly internal operational successes and efficiency.

Our Strategy
The main objective of FMB is to obtain mortgage financing for clients to
satisfy their range of needs, such as:
- House and property purchase – including properties on auction
- Refinancing using existing real
estate
- Building construction and
- Commercial property
acquisitions.
In summary, the company will serve as the one-stop,
full-suite facility for all real estate related acquisitions and
financing.
